No, simply go to our sign-up page, fill in the
required information and send us a lab copy of your most recent
Hemoglobin A1c test.

What is the cost of a EMMC
membership?
The cost of membership depends on the program you feel
best suits your needs. Review the programs

How will I be billed for the EMMC
program?
Billing is done through Visa, Discover or
MasterCard. You can also use bank issued ATM cards which display the
MasterCard or Visa logo. For more information see our

Once I send an e-mail how soon can I expect a
response from my diabetes educator?
All e-mail is answered within 36 hours from the
time it is received excluding weekends and holidays. Many questions are
answered the same day.
Is the EMMC program covered by any
insurance companies?
Since this program is covered by a global fee, it
is not eligible for reimbursement by your insurance company.
Is there a limit to the number of emails I can
send as a member of EMMC?
We do not limit the number of e-mails a member can
submit to their nurse, but we do ask that they follow our
email
guidelines.
Will EMMC help me adjust my
medication?
The EMMC program is solely designed
