Cancellation Policy

Membership Fees

Monthly payments

To cancel your Endocrine Metabolic Medical Center (EMMC) membership and discontinue monthly charges, e-mail us. Please include the following information:

A statement that you would like to cancel your EMMC membership as of the date the e-mail is received by EMMC.
Your EMMC membership number.

Please note that cancellations of memberships paid on a monthly basis will not be pro-rated or fees refunded. Cancellation requests will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle (the first or 15th).

Annual payment

To cancel your EMMC membership and discontinue annual payment, e-mail us. Please include the following information:

A statement that you would like to cancel your EMMC membership as of the date the e-mail is received by EMMC
Your EMMC membership number.

Members wishing to pay their fees annually will have the annual fee charged to their credit card at the beginning of their billing cycle. Cancellations that do not coincide with an annual billing will be pro-rated as follows.

Cancellation within 30 days of the initial billing date will result in a credit to your credit card account of 75% of the annual membership fee

Cancellation within 90 days of the initial billing date will result in a credit to your credit card account of 50% of the annual membership fee.

Cancellations requested more than 90 days after the initiation of membership will not result in a credit or refund of the annual membership fee.
