Billing for Endocrine Metabolic Medical Center (EMMC) programs are done through Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Your account will be billed on the 1st of each month if you have chosen a monthly payment schedule. Please contact us to pay your bill.
Annual Membership
For those choosing the convenience and savings of annual membership, your account will be billed on the day you sign up and annually unless membership is cancelled.
Membership Cancellation
Membership cancellations must be done by e-mail. Include your full name and state the program that you wish to cancel your EMMC membership. No refund or proration will be offered for fees paid on a monthly basis. Annual membership will be prorated based on the Cancellation Policy.
Problems and Policy Changes
Problems with your credit card account must be brought to our attention within 15 days. Failure to bring account problems to our attention within the 15 days, signifies your agreement to waive your right to dispute such problem or discrepancy. We reserve the right to change our fees or billing methods at any time after providing notice of proposed changes on our web site at least 30 days in advance.
